Types of oysters

One-year-old oysters... A blessing from Shiozu
It has a robust flavor, no unpleasant odor, and a strong sweetness.
They are small because the cultivation period is short, but they are plump and full of meat.
From April onwards, the second half of the season, the size will increase! And they'll be super plump!!
The GW version has an added creamy texture 💗
* There's a cooking method that will surprise you; see below.

"The Treasure Box" - 100% locally grown, one-year-old oysters. A product of pride for Tatei Suisan, cultivated gently and carefully over a year using locally sourced seeds.
Easy cooking that will surprise you
Easily prepare raw oysters with scissors.
(The blessings of Shiozu)
Unlike regular one-year-old oysters, their shells are very thin, so you can easily open them using kitchen scissors (I use stationery scissors from a 100-yen store).
See the video and instructions below.
Easy home heating with a microwave
(The bounty of Kishu, the bounty of Shiozu)
Arrange 5-7 oysters in a heatproof dish, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for about 4 minutes. Oysters that haven't opened their shells are cooked through, so use scissors to open them.
👈 An easy way to open live oysters. It's the same for cooked oysters.
